Ordering, shipping, and delivery were fast and problem free. Box arrived in very good condition. Coffee maker was well packed and performs flawlessly. We don't use the supplied carbon filter since we have very good water. Everyday paper filters work fine. We would buy this unit again!

The 2 boxes of medicine was shoved in to an envelope which in turn by the postal dummies was shoved in to my 4 inch mail box.So the medicine boxes them selves were pretty much destroyed. I like to see that people aren't messing with my stuff. Kind of hard to tell when you mail it like that.

I ordered night-time eye ointment from Hargraves OTC because their price was less expensive than on the large aggregate shopping site (where vendors had at least tripled their prices since the COVID-19 pandemic for the same product I'd bought in prior years). In searching online for a better deal, I found Hargraves. They had the lowest price of all the vendors I could find for multi-packs, and although they were sold out of the 12-tube supply, I was able to get two 6-tube packages. Having grown up in upstate NY, I was familiar with the location of their company, which is not in a large metropolitan area. So I did not expect to receive the package as quickly as it arrived! Literally, just 3 days from order to delivery across the country! I was very impressed with that. As a result of the cost savings and fast delivery, I will definitely consider them for future orders of other products as well.
