United Kingdom | 09 May 2019This is our 2nd mobile telephone contract with IKONIX TELECOMS. I can't praise them enough. I have in the last 2 days received excellent response and service from them. A young man by the name of Ben has been so helpful in trying to help me with a totally dead iPhone problem. I'm pleased to say with his help we have finally solved the problem & everything has been transferred over to a new IPHONE6 which I had already in the office. As I am a bit of a technophobic Ben's help has been invaluable also Nicky's help too, Nicky being Ben's manager at 'IKONIX TELECOMS. Thank you both very much for your patience. What lovely courteous people you all are!

One of the nicest guys we have had the pleasure of working with. Always there with a helping hand and an overall top guy. I would employ him in a heartbeat. Very happy with Iconix as a whole very quick and efficient within all aspects of the business hence why I am happy to refer other people to your company after my companies experience.

The engineers and aftercare are also super friendly and helpful. Can't recommend you guys highly enough !

United Kingdom | 14 February 2019Completely botched a transfer of existing mobile numbers to new devices. We are a business with 20+ lone workers providing care in the community. It is vital they are able to reach members of the management team and the out of hours number which is a 24 hour service. How they managed to do this I don't know, we've used other companies before that have never been this incompetent. I've learned my lesson though, I will never use these types of third party companies again.

United Kingdom | 29 July 2018I’ve just seen the previous review from a customer (Gemma Greaves) and I’m surprised at the comments, as it’s very unfortunate she feels the phone manufacturers warranty or the location of O2 masts is a negative on Ikonix. Not sure of that persons business experience but I operate a small business, and have run large businesses too, and I’m very happy to recommend Ikonix, and have done so. I currently use services supplied via Ikonix under contract, and when I needed help and advice on service options, tariffs, and even assistance with invoicing, they were fantastic. Helpful, knowledgable, and patient! They’re an SME delivering great service in a competitive space.

United Kingdom | 16 July 2018Two years into a 3 year contract for 3x iPhone 7s. Each phone has battery life issues and various other faults which have been reported but Ikonix claim are not covered by their warranty (of either 1 year or 18 months - I can't recall), if contracts are for 3 years then contract should cover the product under warranty if they are faulty - what's the point in offering customers a contract for a phone if the phones don't work after 18 months? Also each phone contract is costing a fortune due to foreign data roaming charges (these phones are for business and therefore used outwith the EU frequently). Hundreds of pounds of bills racked up and when you look for bolt-ons to try and curb the spend these are also excessively priced: eg £30 for 500MB of data, £50 for 1GB of data, etc - this is ridiculously expensive compared to various competitors - many of which offer FREE data roaming and phone use in most parts of the world. Imagine what the costs are if you don't use these bolt-ons! Signal is appalling (they use O2 masts which are renowned for being terrible in rural areas) and mostly the phones run on the WiFi in our office anyway as the 3g/4g/phone signal is so poor in this area that they can't run on this. The customer service reps take no responsibility and give the impression of not caring when speaking to them - very dismissive. Considering this company's tag line for mobile is: "With our exceptional pro-active account management you will have one of the most compelling and cost effective mobile offerings in the UK." I feel that this is completely untrue. Can't wait until the end of the 3rd year to be free of this company's clutches - tried getting out of the contract but they simply won't let us - and why would they when some month's bills have been almost £1000 (Standard months charge should be 3x £45)! If anything they should be looking after us as a customer due to the money we've spent with them but they're just trying to sqeeze out as much from our contract as possible. I could not scream loud enough to avoid this company at all costs: excessively (not to mention abnormally) long contracts, extremely expensive to use their service abroad, faulty phones that all seem to fail just outside of their warranty and customer reps who don't want to help and don't seem to think this service is poor.

United Kingdom | 01 June 2018I recently had to shop around for a new phone system for my office. After speaking to 5 companies we went with Ikonix, a local company based in Staplehurst. I found the staff extreamly helpful and understanding to our archaic systems we have in the office. Matt the engineer was exceptionally helpful with some teething problems we had. We are just coming to the end of 2 weeks with Ikonix, but so far so good.

United Kingdom | 19 March 2018Recently discovered that they did a last minute change on the contract. Do not trust these people - read every single word of the contract because they do change things last minute. Do not fall for any pressure tactics that they apply, if they say you need to sign by end of the day, refuse. Also note that these guys are not regulated and if you do go with them they are your point of call for any billing issues even tho the service provider bills you directly. Which results in months of waiting before anything is actioned, and usually they side the service provider and not you.

The engineer was very good, very professional and helpful, he couldn’t of helped us any more then he did. Very pleased indeed, wish I’d found them sooner. Would highly recommend them.
