United Kingdom | 13 November 2017The worst service I have received. Took out a phone contract for my small business - 3 handsets in total. From the moment I signed my contract to the moment my contract came to a end I had nothing but trouble. The customer service is atrocious. Excuses are aplenty and they have a real negative attitude. Sold me one service but gave me something else, and when I questioned why I’m not receiving what I was sold I was told the representative that sold me the services no longer works for the company so there is no way to prove what I was sold. They sent me the wrong handsets for my phone contracts but refused to accept a return. After the end of my 24 month contract they attempted to try and tell me I’ve already signed up for another 24 months. They were unable to provide evidence or a signed agreement so they then had the audacity to try and request the return of the handsets from 24 months ago! Their customer service, accounts, complaints and director consist of about 4 persons! Avoid!!
