Passer plusieurs commande cher EKOI rien à redire , qualité des produits , livraison super rapide, je recommande vivement ces produits à tous .

Tarifs un peu chers en temps normal, il faut attendre les soldes ou promos! Les produits sont de qualités.

Bon matérie (un casque et un cuissard),envoyé dans un délai raisonnable. Je mettrais 5 étoile si le colis avait été envoyé au Mondial Relay le plus proche, qui n'était pas proposé.

compro unos guantes, me llegan defectuosos. Para que me devuelvan dinero o me manden otro tengo que llevarlos a la otra punta de la ciudad, y si me gusta bien y sino es lo que hay "palabras textuales". Luego dicen que Amazon nos tiene controlados a todos ... menuda BANDA de empresa estos de EKOI.

Pas mal de produits commandés chez Ekoï jamais de problème de livraison,côté qualité plutôt de bon produits même si les prix de base indiqués me semble très surévalués les prix remisés correspondent à un rapport qualité prix correct,en cas mauvaise taille aucun soucis pour un échange

Habe trotz der vielen negativen Kommentare den Versuch gewagt und zum Fahrradfahren ein Kurzarmtrikot und eine Trägerhose bestellt. Entsprechend der bei EKOI hinterlegten Größentabelle habe ich für das Trikot Größe M bestellt und das gelieferte Produkt hatte auch Größe M aufgedruckt. Tatsächlich hätte das Trikot bestenfalls einem durchschnittlich gewachsenen 10-jährigen gepaßt - also extrem zu klein. Unter den französischsprachigen Kundenfeedbacks auf der EKOI-Homepage habe ich inzwischen viele Beschwerden über extrem abweichende Größe je Artikel gefunden ("M" bei einem Trikot ist "XXL" beim anderen Trikot...). Die Werbung suggeriert eine gewichtsabhängige Polsterung der Radlerhosen. Man kann aber nirgends entscheiden, welche Polsterung man wünscht (ich hätte trotz Größe M eine dickeres Polster gewünscht). Habe in umständlichem Verfahren alles zurück gesendet, die Option Gelderstattung gewählt und bin gespannt, ob das so holprig verläuft, wie in vielen anderen hier beschriebenen Fällen.

Ho acquistato un casco in superprezzo ma peccato fosse troppo grande. Così ho chiesto il reso: gentilissimo e veloce il servizio assistenza clienti, mi hanno fornito etichette e informazioni per la spedizione, ed in pochi giorni ho ricevuto l'accredito sulla mia carta. Ottimi prodotti, ottimo servizio!

I have ordered two different pairs of cycling shoes. I tried both pairs as I would have done in a physical store. Then I keept one pair and returned the other. Shortly after, I got a message that ekoi had returned the shoes to me again, as ekoi has found a small scratch under the bottom of one shoe. I then contacted ekoi pr. mail and by phone, but they maintained that I had used the shoes. Even if they are returned with a hang tag.

I have normal bought all my cycling clothes at Ekoi. But their service has slightly changed to the worse every time. And last ordre was make a Wednesday, 7 days before i was going on vacation, and i should use the jersey in Italy. But i got a mail Thursday, that because they was busy, they couldn't pack and ship it before friday. And i got a mail friday, that i was packed and shipped friday as promised in the mail. But sunday, i still haven't received a mail from UPS when they would deliver. It was only the labels there was created, but not shipped. So i wrote a mail to cancel the order, but i got a mail saying it was shipped monday, the day after i cancelled my ordre. And then i constantly got delayed information from UPS when i will be delivered, tuesday, then Wednesday, and it end up by delivered friday, 2 day after i was going on vacation. So the package was just placed on my stairs for 2 weeks. Ekoi didn't call UPS and said they shouldn't deliver, and since i have cancelled the ordre, Ekoi didn't even bother the send my a return labels, so i could return the ordre. So when return home, i decided to keep the shipment, because i didn't wanted to waste more time by asking for a return labels, go to UPS shop to return the package, and then waiting a week before return to france, and the 3-4 weeks further for my money. It is simply the worst service i ever have got from online ordering. Im finishes to buy more cycling clothes from Ekoi. Now i will buy my autumn and winter clothes at Santine and Gripgrap.

Plutôt de bons produits, mais les prix, c’est n’importe quoi. Il faut attendre les réductions à au moins 50 % pour payer le juste prix. Les tailles c’est toujours un peu compliqué, mais les retours sont faciles si on respecte bien les règles.

Je n’ai jamais réussi à me faire échanger un maillot qui n’avait pas la bonne taille sous le prétexte d’une odeur supposée du maillot à échanger. Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise

Bonjour, Je vous conseille de téléphoner avant toute commande pour vous assurer que les éléments sont bien en stock… le stock affiché ne correspond pas au stock réel. J’ai commandé un article en stock sur le site, j’ai payé avec livraison 24h, il a été expédié et 24 h plus tard m inquiétant de pas avoir de colis, on m’annonce que l’article n’est plus en stock…

L ensemble taille normalement; J ai teste le cuissard sur plusieurs sorties de 100 kms, il est confortable, ne me serre pas au niveau des cuisses. Le maillot est agreable a porter, par contre en cas de forte chaleur , il colle a la peau.
