The course content and supervisor were absolutely excellent. However, the Support team was less so. They ask you to Whatsapp them and then don't answer for days. Their English is sketchy; when you'd think working for a company such as this it would be proficient. Very disappointing. For this reason, I wouldn't use them again but the course was superb as was the supervisor.

Throughout this course, my personal online tutors were amazing, replying to my questions and queries within a sufficient enough timeframe. Feedback was provided on every assignment that I submitted. It was fairly easy to maintain contact with LCPS. Navigation through LCPS's online portal is very easy to understand and become used to. I was really satisfied with everything. -

Is been such a great experience, I have been considered to resubmit my assignment when I could not afford it at the time which I feel is very kind of them and also suggest that the terms and conditions should be made very clear to people from the beginning of the course in terms of resubmission and payment for hard copy certificate. I am happy to the glory of God I have graduated from London college of professional studies. It was an amazing experience, I gained a lot of knowledge and insight. It wasn't easy though but very encouraging and it worth all my time and resources, the supervisors are always very swift in there response and very nice individuals. I graduated 1st of February 2023. I studied health and social care management level 7. I recommend London college of professional studies to anyone who needs a serious place to upgrade which ever level you wish to enroll.
