Very good and supportive staffs. The Modules of the level 6 diploma in Health and Social Management were clearly structured and my supervisor was always kind, thoughtful and helpful.

Having a Master's degree in Homeopathy, I had worked with specially abled individuals for almost 2 decades. But to be able to do more, I needed a more specific qualification. That is when I enrolled for a Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management from LCPS. With my completion certificate in my hand today, I know I made the right decision. The modules and the study materials were carefully structured, and easy to follow. My supervisors, Eve Wakefield and later on Jason Stone, were encouraging and amazing to say the least! They helped me clear doubts and were stoic in their comments. It was encouraging to hear that my assignment was well received and that pushed me to do better in the next. I would have recommended upto the point that I paid upfront for September enrolment. No one contacted me regarding my intake, I requested my invoices three times for over £3000 and never received them. I became suspicious due to still NOT RECEIVING any communication from them. After being fobbed off I decided to call them today only to be told oh your course is cancelled we are not working with this university anymore we will have to refund you. I've had to send in all my receipts for payments sent! and told to wait for 14 days for a Refund... Not very PROFESSIONAL!

I am very happy and delighted that I was finished my course in OTHM LEVEL 5 DIPLOMA IN HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE MANAGEMENT on my free time while I am busy at work but I did it. The college was good in helping me when I got a problem to sort my course unit. Staff are very helpful. I just concluded my Othm Level 7 Diploma in Accounting & Finance from LCPS, this is a great experience, I recommend the school the staff reply on time when you complain on issues.

I'm from Pakistan and recently completed diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I had initially not heard about this college and was a bit apprehensive to take admission. But Iater I became student of LCPS. And I would say that it wasn't a wrong decision. I just wanted to pass on some formal feedback of my tutor, Faraz Pasha. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire length of my study- prompt to reply to my questions, and always with detailed answers to help me further my understanding of the course work. Secondly, his feedback on my assessments was insightful and encouraged me to push further in my attempts as well, helping me to produce high standards of work consistently. This Diploma has been made a breeze with Faraz's help, and I just want to thank him for all the time and effort he has put into helping me and grading my work. I've enjoyed the course so far, as I progressed through every module my confidence grew and I learnt skills. I never knew I would enjoy assignments so much. The course contents was precise and my tutor was knowledgeable. I would just like to say I enjoyed doing this course. The learning materials for the resource management was not given to me, instead, there was the research module learning materials. LCPS made as if they do not understand me when I explained the issue. They asked me look on the Internet. Over that they never told me that I will need to pay them plus pay othm separately. Now othm is claiming £30 for my certificate and LCPS is saying that it's not their responsibility. I paid for the first purse now I do not have the certificate after completion of the course. Education is not only giving have the learning materials and wash your hands with students.

I was given all of the resources I required, and the entire team was incredibly efficient. I'm hoping to enrol in another course soon

Enroled july last year Email stright back with link to my learning portal Great very prompt Looked through course read all info Had a zoom type call with a man called adam telling me not to cheat coping palgarisum is check for via turnitin Started first assignment completed it Couldnt upload it but karim helped me do that Then was informed i had done wrong assignment When they looked tgey had sent me last terms But was allowed to use the one i had done Was never able to upload my work but again karim helped me Marking them sometimes had to chace them up as took a whille but did it after chacing it up There study notes were no help did my own reasearch on line Certificate took 4 week its an ECertificate if you want an original it extra Karim was a great help Now completed my level 5 health and sicial care management course

Overall, very decent system to get an online qualification. Good Moodle portal, reasonable response rate, and generally self explanatory. Received my Diploma in Business Level 3 and now doing another diploma with LCPS and continuing after that with higher levels. Small reservation, is that registration of students to the corresponding awarding body's, should be done as early as possible, there can be an unnecessary wait after completion of assignments and receiving one's awarding body results. This would increase productivity for the college, and ultimately value added for the customer. Considering this is predominantly online college, its fairly robust system and just a bit of tweaking in the enrolment and registration area would create huge customer satisfaction. Everything was pretty smooth, my entire process of getting my Post Graduate Diploma was easy. However, i would like to point out, that their communication process is pretty slow. You send an email today and they reply you within days. And most of the time the reply is pretty vague. So, id recommend that they improve that.
