At first, I thought it would be tough for me as it was my first online learning experience, but luckily due to the supportive faculty and team of LCPS, I found it quite easy and rewarding. They always respond to the queries, discuss the assignments thoroughly and guide how to attempt them as well.

I recently received my level 7 certificate in Health and Social Care management, and I can say, LCPS is a good school for anyone who wishes to further their education. The support team was really helpful to me, it was a stressful journey for me but very good and a wonderful experience. I would recommend lcps and will also advise potential students to complete the assignments on time so as to avoid delay.

It was a wonderful learning experience with this college, also the process was very smooth very excellent teaching staff.

I have done levels 4 and 5 health and social care management now I am doing Bsc health and social care top up from Derby university via LCPS. I recommend LCPS for online courses.

Edit: Unsurprisingly, the person responding to these reviews continues telling students to 'stop venting their frustrations'. Students do not just jump on here posting a negative review for no reason, reviews are only posted after waiting patiently for months for you to resolve the matter. If you ignore a person's emails for months, obviously at some point the person will 'vent their frustrations' (As you love to put it). Allegedly, awarding body Qualifi have barred LCPS from supplying their courses. If LCPS continue treating their students like fools, perhaps it is time we spoke to the other awarding bodies to make them aware of the unethical practices this course provider is involved in. ______________________________________ I've had experiences with several different online course providers over the years, this is the only course provider which has provided a completely and utterly disastrous experience. You can judge the lack of professionalism and bullying tactics by the way they have responded to the negative online reviews below. Sadly a few of the negative reviews appear to have been removed by the students due to the bullying tactics this company employs. And it appears most students fear leaving a negative review due to the consequences, for instance, one reviewer confirmed that after leaving a negative review his perfectly fine submitted essays magically turned into plagiarised essays. Since enrolling on a course with this provider I have experienced the following. Essays not graded for several months. Emails ignored. Closure of course without notice. Basically a whole year wasted, and the company just does not care. LCPS, why do you this to innocent people?. Unfortunately, if the company continues with these unethical practices, and refuses to provide a solution, I will have no choice but to take legal action. I will try to update this review regularly, to assist others in the same situation.

UPDATE: I received a Full refund and an apology due to the poor educational material and the delusional person below. I stand by my review. The customer service agent that replied below highlights the standards of the education provider and the customer service you can expect.... they will blatantly lie about your experience with little accountability. AVOID, LCPS ARE A DODGY COMPANY No refund provided, just lies stated below. Email will be sent to education awarding body, the attitude stated below has also been copied for evidence purposes.... which respectable UK education provider states lies!..... LCPS are not from the UK simply winging it in the UK and hoping their poor approach sticks, disgusting company LCPS are not fit for purpose, I do not believe the positive reviews are from REAL students. I feel robbed and refused a refund by LCPS after purchasing a course less than 2 weeks ago, i'm unsure how UK education providers have cleared this company as competent. Educational material is inaccurate, questions and/or answers missing to enable studying, prefilled answers are throughout the material so taken from other students. Staff blatantly lie to secure your purchase then backtrack on their conversations. Informed i'd be able to sit exam in December 2021, then told next year with no date provided only made aware after making a complaint due to inaccuracies throughout learning material. Poor education provider, poor customer service, poor student support. Don't waste your money.

I am LCPS student from Saudi Arabia, I have just received scan copy of my level 7 diploma certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership. Great work done by LCPS, thanks to my tutors and my supervisor for guiding me throughout the course and also made lecturer notes available to me at my portal. I recommend LCPS to all students all over the world.

Excellent academic support

My study experience with LCPS was hitch-free and very rewarding. The support team is always willing to help and proffer solutions and the courses were well planned out and impactful.

LCPS is the right college to study for the program. Lecturer is helpful. Further, the course material also very useful. Course is affordable and flexible. It is multi culture college.

Very unresponsive customer service and for student support you will have to wait weeks and weeks. Miss Anum very rude and arrogant, firstly she talked to me very politely once I got enrolled, she never answer my enquiry, if she answers after calling and calling thousand times on their provided number she always talked rudely. People please do not waste your time in this college by studying with them. They will waste your time and you will be very disappointed with their services.

I'm an LCPS student and still one. The school is great and fantastic...but they must be very concerned about the customer service they got which make it 1 star off. Please take this review seriously as the customer service was arrogant from day 1, but didn't have time to argue with it since faraz had changed my point of view in the induction process... Hope this review will change to excellent in the future. For the people who are watching reviews...LCPS got a good study portal and definitly you will get a support from the team.
