I have been contacting them for my certificate and noone seems to respond. The learning experience was fine however am struggling to get them to send me my certificate.

I would like to thank my tutor Orinta as she really is AMAZING!!! She has provided me with the right amount of help and support for my Level 3 Diploma for Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator). I would recommend London College of Professional Studies because Orinta has given an outstanding level of materials to extend my learning. She is always responsive and has helped me when i really needed guidance. I still haven't completed this study but when i do, i will always be forever grateful for all her time and dedication.

The courses on their website are not actually being offered, just some indians behind the scene trying to show something they don't have, but they dont have the permissions/resources/contracts to do so

extremy unprofessional response from Eliza regarding the incorrect advice you give to those who want to qualify in residential childcare. You did not offer her a level 3 RC and put learners straight onto a level 5 - community route. This does not enable staff to work with children in RC or manage a residential childcare setting. Please check the 2015 regulations for children homes.

My experience and enrollment procedure was really good, in particular, Sonia who was very helpful and very understanding. Regarding the rest of the experience so far time will tell as I've just started I will update accordingly.
