Expensive shipping and it’s taking a week to get my order

It took five days just to ship my order. I ordered on Monday and it shipped on Friday. If I would have known it was going to take an entire business week just ship the supplies I would have gone with another company. The shipping is extremely expensive. For the price a tracking number should be included. I also messaged the company. They said that there was a three days processing time. That is incorrect. In the FAQ's on their site it says 1-2 days unless there are delays. And if there are delays then they should let you know. I asked if there would be a tracking number included once it ships and that was the last that I heard from them. Literally the top of the worst customer service I have received from an online company before. I will never order from them again. I have also never written a review for a company before, so that should be an indicator of how horrible the email correspondence was and the shipping, no tracking number and cost. It's also Monday. It's been seven days since I ordered and still no shipment. I really wish there was some way I could track somethibg so important as medical supplies.

Love your products. Shipping is very expensive . My shipment took 10 days, it was delivered to my next door neighbor. Hope my next order is less money and on time. Thank you. D. Dworak

Slow communication shipping process was slow and communication is very poor. Also forgot to ship or didn’t include $50 of my order just ignored basically waiting to hear back from them about it still.

Ordering was easy...product was shipped promptly. Only issue I have is that the shipping label on the front showed the product I had ordered. Not good from a privacy standpoint.

I am a regular customer of this company and will start looking elsewhere since this is the 3rd time they did not timely deliver my order. Don't pay for priority mail, as it takes them up to 3 days to mail out the product you order. Although they claim it will be mailed the same day you order, its rarely the case. Too many issues with keeping products in stock and timely mailing it to the customer. Better off using another company which will be honest. Very disappointed.

I was sent the wrong product although the shipping bill indicated they packed correct product. I tried calling over 10 times, but they actually don’t take calls they say their representatives are busy and you should email them instead. So, I did email and haven’t heard from them since.

This was my SECOND attempt to contact this company after an order Order Number 163147 What is the holdup here?? You people charged me 25 dollars for shipping on an order that doesn’t even weigh as much as the box that it’s being shipped in. At these ridiculous shipping prices, I would at the very least expect prompt service! I made this order at the beginning of the week and you haven’t even shipped it yet??? (Today being 4 days later) I am outraged considering the price you charged me for shipping. I need these supplies ASAP. I have already contacted you via this contact form once and you have not replied. You guys can rest assured this will be the last time you will ever recieve an order from me. I think this says it all

first two orders went great, but in my third they didn't have my product and instead of letting me know they took my money and started ignoring my emails. very unprofessional IMO.
