I order syringes + needles and extra needles once every two years because I take weekly IM injections (box of 100 and 52 weeks in a year is pretty sweet honestly). I’ve been using ECMS since 2012 and I recommend them to everyone who uses syringes and needles like me. They always have what I need and make it an extremely affordable investment. The shipping is kind of steep but you can’t win ‘em all! And they do always get to me very quickly. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I found the items I needed and ordered them and was surprised when they arrived in 4 days. Will definitely use East Coast Medical when I need supplies again.

I ordered 1cc syringes and received 3cc syringes which I could not use. East Coast medical promptly replaced them when they were made aware of their mistake.

This shipment was received in tact and ahead of schedule! Great service, however, my debit card number was stolen virtually after order from this website. :(
