The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is my last order did not come in a box, it came in a padded envelope and one item was damaged because of it. The item was re-shipled no questions asked. The only problem is they shipped the replacement in a padded envelope as well. The packaging of the item (not the envelope) was crushed in...it almost happened again. Some things just don't ship well in envelopes. Normally my order is larger and comes in a box so this is a first for me with East Coast other than that absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
