I feel we usually shop online to save time,or in case when we can't go and shop personally,when we look something online we first check the pictures and then the details,but the pictures you add ,they are both the kind of full set,for example when i looked for the chair in your website,i saw the pictute of footrest with a complete chair,i checked all the picture but not a single picture was there just of a footrest,i misunderstood it as its a chair,(who order just foot rest ,which is a part of a chair,matching kind of?)after i ordered its dispatched in 2 days and got the message that the delivery was attempted(twice) and the card with the details of what to do was left,but unfortunately i never received any card i called 4 timed to the courier company on that 0344 no which is very expensive and rearranged for different address,but i receiver just a footrest and when i contacted your website for return form ,the response i received made me feel like i am stupid,everything was mentioned clearly but i was unable to understand,and i have to send the item back on my expenses,i was expecting the answer like you will try to make it more clear buy putting the picture of actual item you are selling rather than puttiþng all set(like tou are selling headboard for bed and all pictures are of beds only,not a single picture of headboard,if its kind of trick of selling items in installment..very sad
