Great brilliant !

Mower seems ok. Packaging reasonable. But communication with ToolsToday very poor. Emailed me a dispatch date but didn't actually send until a week later. No communication of this delay.

They sold a product that I wanted and at what was the best price available. Bought on line. Within 3 hours they called me (this was a Friday) and informed me that the delivery would be on the Monday. Can’t remember the guys name sorry, but he was great. The ride on mower had had its PDI and would be loaded that afternoon and delivered on the Monday. It’s not like it was round the corner it was approximately 125miles. Even asked if I needed an old one taken away. Well I was gobsmacked at the service and then on the Monday approximately lunchtime a white van turned up. Very helpful driver, his van was clean and well equipped, plenty of straps on board holding my new mower in place. All straps removed and stowed neatly. Proper ramps to remove ride on from vehicle. The driver gave me a rundown on starting and using the machine. What a great company and great employees. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks very happy customer.

Sent the wrong purchase.

We ordered a lawn mower and and upon first use the mower kept going into reverse when in neutral and the engine cut out a few times. We took videos and sent them to the company. They said to try the mower again as this can happen…we did and the same thing happened, sent videos again to show fault and asked for a refund . They eventually came to collect the mower and said nothing was wrong with it! have now said we can have a refund but will deduct 20% as the mower has been used! Disgraceful customer service and faulty product
