i bought i rotavator and it didnt work after 1 hour use. i spoke to you about this and ask what can i do, they referred me to alocal repair centre and they didnt give me appointment after 2 months only. i call you again and they said to me they will give me a call still didnt call me. i am dissapointed. my machine still waiting and not working.

Really impressed with this. Sadly due to the British summer weather I’ve not used it as much BUT I have heavy shrub to cut/hack back. This will cain (?) your shoulders, but handles a good shape, sturdy build and most importantly, the blade is sharp! Very pleased and does what I want it to do! I’m sure it’ll clear the area quickly?

Totally refused to refund me. The product was faulty from day one. You claimed that I had caused the problem with the item. I them approached the manufacture and other dealers, they all stated that your claim was total rubbish. The fault that I experienced was well known I have made a final request for a refund if this is rejected I WILL JUST USE THE COURTS.
