United States | 06 December 2022Got diagnosed with mild obstructive sleep apnea last year. Along with CPAP, I've also been doing myofunctional exercises to strengthen my throat muscles. I added ExciteOSA to my list of routines to reduce my AHI to manageable levels when sleeping. Took me a few nights to get used to the device and slowly ramped up the intensity level.

United States | 06 December 2022I'm writing this review based on the success I see with my wife who has been using this device for the past year and a half. Prior to using this she was a snorer, and often loudly even though she was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. It didn't take long for her to adjust to using this device and I would now say that even though she does snore, it is not as often and not as loud. Overall, I would say she has improved by at least 75%.

United States | 03 December 2022Amazing customer service! I am still in the 12 week period of using the device. Results seem to be favorable (per my husband). The customer service I have received is amazing. I had questions about my device, they were quick to answer and rectify the problem. I have been working with an exceptional customer service representitive named Jennifer M. She has helped with 2 questions. If the device is as good as the customer service, then it is a huge win.

Canada | 03 December 2022As a healthcare worker, I needed to call signifier at two different occasions, with some queries. First time I spoke to Shawn and second time I spoke to Keith. I was really impressed with both their welcoming tone, understanding, knowledge of the product. I found it to be very consistent approach so I am assuming that customer service training at Signifier must be similar for everyone working there. I felt welcome. I could feel their presence during the conversation as if they are hearing me out and care about finding a solution for me. So excellent job Shawn and Keith. I am sure customers who interact with you guys, must be happy and satisfied with your kind and caring service. Regarding eXciteOSA (the product), I hear great stuff from my patients and most are happy and satisfied.

United States | 02 December 2022Using the eXcite device my snoring has been significantly reduced according to my sleeping partner. I used to keep her awake most nights, but now not nearly as much. Pleased with the results.

United Kingdom | 01 December 2022The device itself did not work for me, because of the root cause of my OSA perhaps. Whilst disappointing for myself its not the fault of the company or device. We are all different and they do not claim to resolve 100%. No medical treatment can. I am leaving a 5 star review though because the customer support and experience was fantastic. Issues I raised were dealt with promptly and to above expectations. Specifically I would call our Tony Jupp in the UK, who is perhaps one of the best examples of customer support/care you can find in a company.

United Kingdom | 24 November 2022The customer service is amazing. They are so dedicated to patient adherence - checking in if you're not using the device/app daily which I think is fantastic. After using the device for 6 weeks, there is a definite improvement in the snoring. With continued use, we hope to see an improvement in the level of deep sleep also. Overall very happy with the results so far.

Canada | 23 November 2022I love this machine mouth piece. My sleep has been great. I can now sleep on my stomach any my husband says I do not snore. It is well worth the money and time. I tried the sleep apnea machine and didn't see any results.

Canada | 22 November 2022Overall results and good customer service. I began using the mouthpiece for my initial therapy in June and am now onto the maintenance schedule. The device and app that is associated with it is easy to use and helpful with reminders. When I have had any questions or concerns, the online chat service has been more than helpful, convenient and immediate. The device and therapy itself seems to have worked in reducing my mild sleep apnea episodes. Nice to have an alternative to the traditional treatment.

United States | 19 November 2022I used the device daily for the sessions as required and then moved into maintenance phase. My wife said that my snoring decreased about 20% which wasn’t perfect, but it was clearly an improvement.

United States | 18 November 2022Im about to go on the 3 device, first was using every day for 20 around 100 days, the second I was using every other day 10 - 15 mins for 90 days, now I will get another one I probably going to use this 2 times a week untill they request to upgrade, the treatment is been working good for me that’s why i going for the 3 one and I will see how’s everything going after, my Dr saying this treatment is not forever as the other treatment i was using and I note a big difference using this device meaning is working well , thanks eXiteOSA for the good work on this treatment, i will subject to this company to let the customer get the replacement free because we already pay a lot money to get the device and for the benefit of both sides the mouth replacement can be free so you company can have more happy customers and the existence costumer can feel better and recover from sleeping problems

United Kingdom | 16 November 2022Fraudulent company forcing you to pay 125 for something that costs 10/15 and still perfect to use ,you simply can use washing soap and water to clean like cpap machines and they last 1 year and it's ready to go instead they come with a pathetic excuse about safety and extreme quality standards give names with International proticols and codes to justify the rip off you should be able to use what you paid for ,after all it's yours you paid for it. It's your money your choice these are criminals and should be imprisoned for fraud. Someone needs to take legal action against them and im seeking solicitors to fight these vial scammers. Stop with the lies people are not stupid we know regardless of how much you slaps us with the name of standards and institutions that you are lying cheats. You will face justice.

United States | 14 November 2022You have to pay $800 (or $1,600 online) for the device, that's probably built for $30. Then at the end of your first round of treatments, it locks you out because they want you to spend another $125 to replace the mouthpiece that is perfectly fine to use. It used to give you an option to continue (asking if you had a new mouthpiece), but now, it simply gives you no option. This is aggravating! I'm basically locked out of my device because the app probably updated and now wants me to order a $125 part that I don't need. Per your response: No. Then you should have included cleaning instructions for the mouthpiece other than run under water. What do dentists do with retainers? They issue cleaning instructions. You guys need to be better at letting customers know the ongoing fees with use of this device. This will be it's demise.

United States | 13 November 2022I've been using the device now for more than 40 days (since mid-September 2022) and I sleep better and feel more refreshed during the day. Prior to this, I had tried a CPAP twice and gave up, tried nose devices, pillows that inflate when you start to snore and so many other devices. I'm continuing the therapy more than twice a week as I'd like to sustain the gains I've made.

The ease to use this daily even on my lunch break really expands the malleability of this device. I love it compared to the noisy old CPAP machines, where you can't sleep only on your back and now they have an implant which will only cause problems down the road. EXCITEOSA is proven to work.

United States | 08 November 2022Diagnosed with positional sleep apnea, this device was a much better option than CPAP. I try to be consistent and use per the expectations. It resets if you miss too many! Easy to pop in while at my desk.
