We used Booker Flowers for my mum's funeral. The flowers were overwhelmingly beautiful- many people commented on how gorgeous they were. The staff were also extremely helpful- even opened up early on a Monday morning to deliver the flowers on time.

I called from the USA on Sunday and with the time difference it would have been just after lunchtime in the UK. I needed a very quick turn around on a floral tribute for a funeral of a very dear friend which I only just found out was taking place tomorrow morning in Liverpool UK. I forgot to ask the name of the lovely Scottish lady I spoke to but would like to thank her for her help. She walked me through placing my order over the phone and given the time was getting closer to their 4pm closing on a Sunday, she assured me that they would stay late to fulfil my order. I can't thank you enough, Booker Flowers and Gifts will definitely be my go to for flowers in the future and I will recommend them to anyone for their pleasant and professional manner in which they deal with their customers. I telephoned first to make sure they were able to deliver before Christmas and the lady I spoke with was so helpful. I ordered online which was super simple, except after I ordered I realised I’d made a mistake on the address, so I had to telephone again. All was sorted without any fuss at all. When the flowers arrived exactly at the time scheduled, they were stunning. Lots of emails to tell me they were out for delivery and a photo to show they had actually been delivered. My wife has gone with girl friends to Liverpool for her birthday I thought I’d contact a local florist near to where she is staying The lady was Brilliant I think she realised I was pretty useless as a man and guided me onto how to book on line and re checked hotel..location as well I got a email confirmation pictures and delivery to hotel reception for her arrival .
