My Back Gate was ordered from Wortley Brothers it took some time but the wait was worth it when my gate arrived the workmanship was superb, I bought Stainless Steel Hinges and Latch/Bolt they all complimented the Craftmanship Beautiful Wooden Back Gate

The website was very easy to navigate and ordering a made to measure gate straightforward. A ‘week commencing’ date for delivery was given soon after my order was placed and the gate was delivered in accordance with the finalised date within that week. The quality of the product is excellent, beyond expectations.

Second gates we have from Wortley brothers and more excellent service. Gates are superbly made, exactly to our specifications and when we had a minor issue with one of the delivery items being damaged it was replaced immediately. Great product and great service! :)

The gate is such robust quality. Fitted it today! Only problem we had was with the walls that we had to fit the posts to being uneven (fault of the house builders and not the gate!) Overall, very pleased!

Extremely pleased that I ordered a side gate and side panel from Wortley brothers. The quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding. Well worth spending a little more on. I have had many compliments on them from builders and my carpenter who installed them. Excellent company.

Whilst the gates supplied are reasonable quality they were the wrong size upon arrival. When we made Wortley bros aware they couldn’t have been less interested and washed their hands of the issue so we had to pay a carpenter to correct them so they could be fitted. The gates have also been dipped not sprayed and the finish is patchy and has runs in areas so needs refinishing. Several months after fitting the gates, the not particularly cheap support posts have badly cracked. I sent Wortley bros pictures to which they responded by stating in summary that this will happen! Their customer service once they have taken your money is one of complete lack of interest. You may be lucky and get exactly what you ordered first time but be warned, if you don’t, don’t expect Wortley bros to be in the least bit interested in helping you out. We paid this company several thousand pounds for our gates. On the basis of the above experience of dealing with them they wouldn’t get our business again.
