The gates were delivered on the agreed date and time in spite of Eunice. The delivery man was friendly and helpful. The gates appear to be of good quality and look great (my neighbours agree). I would order from Wortley Brothers again.

Being in the construction business I expected good quality product and that's exactly what I got. Good communication and arrived when stated. Highly recommend.

We received no notification of the gate being delivered. It was propped up against the front door in the rain. Really poor service for such a high priced product

Great experience dealing with Worley Bros. The Gate supplied is excellent quality and finished to a very high standard. I was particularly pleased with the delivery which was promised as early morning on a given date and sure enough it was delivered precisely on time. Good job all round.

Made to measure so it took a while but the quality of the finished gate is excellent and it was delivered exactly as scheduled. Wortley Bros staff were very helpful with various technical queries during the process.

Beware of the gate snatchers. Arrived on time delivered by a pleasant Dutch bloke. My dad always used to say."You get what you pay for" and "You buy cheap. You buy twice". I tell you.They aren't cheap, and I don't need to buy another ever again. It will no doubt outlast me. Unless those pesky gate snatchers come back.

I love my new gates, the build quality is great. The delivery was early, my wife was there to help but as they were small according to the driver he put them in the garage for us. They are in place now and fit perfectly. I followed the measurement guide. Massive thumbs up 👍

My neighbour and I were looking for an additional security barrier to a shared driveway - we saw the wooden gates from Wortley online and chose a custom built set. They seemed to be quality albeit a little higher cost than we anticipated. They were delivered exactly as promised by a helpful and careful courier - from receipt we knew we had made the right choice. I must say that every penny was well worth it - the gates are installed now and make our houses look awesome, we have the enhanced security of a barrier but the added feature of real wood. Bought a made to measure wooden side gate with hinges, latch, lock etc. Excellent product produced exactly to my specification. Easy to order, approx 6 week wait for construction and delivery by helpful driver who carried the gate and fittings to my desired location. Highly recommend this high quality company.
