Really tasty, super easy to transport plant based food. Best I have used and helped me to reduce my weight in the stubborn peri menopause period where all else has failed, without leaving me hungry. I’d highly recommend.

I ordered a 3-day cleanse program yesterday to start before an event I'm attending on Saturday. However, 4 bottles were missing from my order, and I couldn't start the detox I didn’t have the necessary juices. I contacted them to explain that I couldn't start the detox as planned. They offered to send the missing juices via next day delivery, which would arrive in two days, allowing me to do the detox on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This was their solution to ensure customer satisfaction. Since I can't detox on the event day, I requested a full refund. They responded by offering to refund only the cost of the missing bottles. Because of Press' mistake, I couldn't start the 3-day program as planned. Despite informing them, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. In the end, I accepted the partial refund as it was the simplest way to end this frustrating experience. I've lost the motivation to do the detox altogether. Additionally, the bottle sizes have smaller, with each drink averaging only 250 ml. They send eight bottles a day for an average of £35. The Daily Lean Green contains 82% cucumber juice, and the Daily Sweet Green contains 47% cucumber juice, which you are supposed to consume twice a day.

Great customer service and I lost weight so overall 5 stars. Dinners could have a little more taste.

I've fasted for many years and have always fancied trying a cleanse but doing it only with juices never really appealed to me. So I was very happy to find that Press offered a mix of soups and juices. I did an intermediate 2 day cleanse and loved how fresh and tasty everything was - I especially enjoyed the soups and the super ginger juice. I will now also be using their products to incorporate in my fasting days, as it's great that as well as the set options I can pick and mix my favourite products to create diet days that suit me. Furthermore their customer service is off the scale - nothing is too much trouble, they are very friendly and answer all questions thoroughly and are very quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Packaging, delivery and juice is good and tasty. Soups all taste the same, like curry and dinners are not very tasty

I wanted to do a juice cleanse to reset my body. My experience has been great. The website is straight forward. I would like to thank Ami the customer advisor for going above and beyond as I had made alterations to my order and she was able to help with a smooth transition. Even though the order still was incomplete she helped rectify the situation. The juices are all natural and are 250ml bottles. Some are really nice but not didn’t like the lean greens or celery juices not so much. I’m currently on day 4 and it’s going well. They also give you free meals with your order my favourite so far is the Mexican!! Would definitely recommend

Great service and fantastic plan, already losing weight. Given 4 stars as a couple of the meals are a bit meh (Mexican rice and keralan curry) otherwise I have enjoyed everything else.

Absolutely wonderful customer service from Ami B! I had a query regarding past orders and points, and she explained things clearly and was extremely helpful. Juice wise, I love them! Usually I do the 3 day signature cleanse, and couldn’t recommend enough. Feel fantastic after the nutrient rice juices. PRESS Healthfoods have the tasting juices I've tried, the best customer service and the best packaging. The juicing process was explained succinctly in a pamphlet that had the unique touch of adding my name to make it feel more personal. The box it came in was securely packaged with ice packs that helped the juices stay cold, which was very helpful because I didn't get the chance to pick up the box until later in the day. I was very impressed with PRESS Healthfoods and would recommend them to anyone looking to pursue a healthier lifestyle with clean and delicious juices. *My package was received on a gifted basis. Overall good experience. The service was great, people got back to me on whatsapp within minutes when I had a couple of questions and delivery was easy. The only problem is the taste of the juices, I went for the 3 day juice cleanse and the taste of them isn't nice at all, especially the celery one - I'll be happy I never have to drink that again! lol. But the cleanse is great and I'm glad I've done it as never done one before.

I was told one of the juices would be different but when they arrived 1/4 of the order was different to what I ordered. The first two days were awful, but the third day was good. I had quick help about my shipping amendment but when I asked about my slightly concerning symptoms and if they were normal I got nothing back.

I don’t ever write reviews but the taste was so bad (beginner soup cleanse) I felt compelled to share. The items arrived on time, one soup had split when it arrived which was a shame. The juices made me gag, and I personally did not enjoy the taste at all. They were so low in calories (eg celery juice in the morning was only 7kcal), I just decided to swap for water as I couldn’t stomach the taste of any of the green juices. A shame!

Hi Press, I am so sorry to say but after my probiotic (6th press of the first day) I started to feel really unwell and have ended up with horrendous food poisoning that has only started to subside. I can only put it down to something from your juices !
