I lost 0.9kg on the 48 Hour Detox Cleanse and that definitely felt great. All the juices and soups were tasty. My only complaint is that the calorie intake is very low and by the second day, I felt lightheaded and weak. I'd recommend adding at least one or two more juices or soups into the mix, so there isn't such a huge dip in energy levels after 36 hours.

Sadly the juices have disrupted my stomach to the point of running to the bathroom . I stopped the juices days ago when I started having symptoms of a very bad stomach, I’m still continuing to have a bad stomach. I contacted customer service requesting a refund as it’s an expensive cleanse which I can not carry on. Complete waste but it’s been three days and yet to hear back . Not great customer service at all considering their bounce back email states they get back to you within 12 hours. No doubt there will be an automated generic response to this review as well

This is my second weekly delivery of PRESS juices as I opted to try the 3:4 cleanse and I am a very happy customer. Delivery is spot on...they give you narrow window (that you choose) and it arrives right on time with a very friendly courier. The cleanse itself has been refreshing as the juices are all tasty (I tried the Beginner) and easy to keep up with during the day. I opted to do every other day instead of all in a row, so it works around my schedule with business lunches/dinners and I can actually stick to it. Highly recommend.

I had pain in my kidneys or something else in my lower abdomen, and I could tell it was from all the sugar. There were way more sugary juices in this cleanse than my last, even though this one was supposedly better.

After a 5-day Beginner Juice Cleanse I feel recharged and refreshed! My skin and eyes are brighter; I have much more focus and energy; any bloating has disappeared; and I effortlessly lost 9lbs! Plus I was told I looked 'glowing'. Thrilled. This cleanse has now become a new year wellness ritual for me.

I love Press. It's been my go-to juice every time I hit Planet Organic. The brand is so friendly and conscious. I've worked with them on a partnership basis as well and they've been lovely. Emerald is a star! Always recommend these, especially the soup cleanses.

Press always delivers great products, however, it could do with diversifying its product portfolio. Or to put it simply, offer different options for your cleanses. By week 3, of doing a 3-day cleanse, the sight of the same soup made me miserable. Hunger wasn't the challenge but eating the same soup was! If the soup varied each day, it would have been so much more enjoyable and I may have carried out the cleanse as a monthly habit.
