Missing 4 juices out of the 16 I ordered. They have refunded via gift card, but a bit pointless as couldn’t do my 2 day detox in full so waste of money.

I ordered for the first time and had two failed sets of delivery and ended up with a refund.

Ready meals lack flavour. Rubbery texture. The nut milk shakes were ok but more smoothie flavour

Ordering was east, delivery was swift, customer service was prompt and efficient (my soups arrived broken and spilled and it was dealt with immediately and they sent new soups the next day). As someone who doesn’t eat much sugar and never has, refined or natural this has been a sugar overload for me! I’ve consumed more sugar in the last x3 days that I would normally consume in x2 weeks! Because of this and possibly the strength of ginger and lemon juice my tongue and gums are extremely inflamed and sore to the point where I’m having to take painkillers and rinse with salt water x4 times a day. The taste of the products are good they just seem to be doing more harm than good for my body. My elbows, knuckles and knees have also come out in hives… Great company but if you have a sensitive body and already live a largely sugar-free, caffeine-free, meat-free, booze-free life like me then this might not be the one for you. Next time I’ll try something organic, purer and with less natural sugar. If you usually consume a lot of sugars then this is probably a great detox for you, just not the one for me.

I really thought that doing a juice fast would be the struggle of my life, but I really, really enjoyed it. I’m fussy with flavours and I liked all the juices. I was only peckish once or twice but it soon passed. The compliments on my glow also made it super worth it

I did the juice and soup 3 day cleanse. The juices/soups arrived on time and the order process was fine however the juices were very disappointing. Very bland. The soups were tasty and I enjoyed the variety as juices alone can get a bit boring so that was a positive aspect although I am not sure if soups are as beneficial as juices. What disappointed me most was to see the best by date which was 2 months! I had expected the juices/soups to be freshly made and delivered. When I called customer services they explained they came from abroad and when I questioned this the lady wasn’t really able to justify this. I was hoping for a lovely freshly made product not something that had been sitting in a plastic bottle for months! Thank you for this explanation. To be fair the lady on customer services said she was new so wasn’t sure about the process and asked someone to call me which they did but missed their call. I think this explanation would be helpful on your website as I’m sure I’m not the only person to question this! Thank you for taking the time to reply.

I loved my 3 days cleansing juices! I did a beginner one but next time I try the intermediate 😍 I recommend for everyone to try ! I thought will be hard without food but I didn’t been hungry at all 👌
