Setting up my LLC was very simple and easy. No confusion at all. Everything was sent to my email so I can never loose any documentation. Also they communicated very well. You definitely should start with them. I highly recommend for anyone new starting out with a business.

SCAM! I've paid 300$ to open an LLC and get an EIN number. After more than 6 months, I haven't received it. BetterLegal did not answer my last emails. Massive loss of time, and money. My LLC is useless if I can't get an EIN number. There are way better services out there. Just don't bother yourself with them.
