I knew I was low in B12, as I hadn't received my regular shot from my Doctor. I wasn't sleeping properly, I was tired and lacking energy, I wasn't sleeping through the night... I put a B12 patch behind my ear and I slept soundly throughout the night, hardly moving. I woke up refreshed, energized and ready to begin my day... I highly recommend this product.

Delivery and email info was great. I'm not sure if last year the container was the same volume!? Last year i was delighted with the results. I felt increased energy. I have MS but MS doesn't have me. 😊. I tried the patches too but I love this lotion.

I placed an order on the 26th of November 2022. No update has been sent to me or estimated delivery date. Communication is very poor. I just want my money back

I purchased this product hoping to get relief from Neuropathy. I have it in both feet. My left is not as bad as my right foot. After using Nerxex cf for over a week three times a day I have yet to feel any relief. I am hopeful that it will help but it has not yet. If you are a person with neuropathy you know what pain I am having 😟

I ordered 4 bottles and I got an email that only 3 were being shipped. When I received an email stating order was being shipped to 26 Dundas St. I sent a quick reply to remind you that I told you my address is 24 Dundas st West. Maybe it was too late. The ordering process was very easy. They kept me updated on my shipment. Delivery was very fast. The B12 patch seem to give a little extra boost of energy.

The product was being shipped to the correct address when suddenly it was forwarded to another location. Why it was intercepted I don’t know. But it took two more weeks to finally reach me. When I called customer service early in the morning I didn’t get a return phone call until late afternoon. All the representative could tell me is that the shipment was forwarded and nothing else.

Order placed on August 30th, paid for on Sept 1st. No confirmation of the shipment for a week. Had to call Vita Sciences multiple times to get to talk to a live persion who could answer my query regarding shipment timing. Was told that they attempted to communicate with me via email about some issue but it did not go through hence the delay...yet the first email from Vita Sciences that confirmed my order got through?? I find this to be dishonest. Finally got the shipment after 10 days since I ordered it (instead of the promised 5 days) and, by the way, got confirmation of delivery via the same 'troublesome' email address. Sorry, would not order again from Vita.

Got everything I ordered. There were no delays, issues, nothing. Only thing I can critique is that my order number did not accurately tell me when it was close or what day it was coming. Otherwise good experience.

Love this product especially since I have a compromised stomach that will not absorb anything!!
