I didn't have any problems with VitaSciences when I ordered Tinni-Free online...product was mailed in a timely manner however Tinni-Free was not effective in lessening much less eliminating my tinnitus...didn't notice any difference...think there is a money back guarantee of some sort but I didn't feel like dealing with that...so 5 star for the company and zero stars for Tinni-Free!
