This cream is phenomenal if you are taking metformin or believe you have trouble walking because of B12 deficiency. We buy quite a bit of it. We did get one can that was a bit off color. I contacted VitaSciences and they sent a new one right away. Great product, great company.

I've been using the B12 patches for well over 2 years now and it does everything it promises. Improved clarity, focus and increased energy. The only negative I have is that they are slacking on getting my product to me before I run out of the months supply. Which means, I often miss one week and recieve it the next. Please improve shipping on time.

This company has been very responsive. Around Christmas time when so may packages were being delivered, mine got lost in the process. My concern was relayed and a replacement was taken care of immediately. This is a good gesture as I am using it for pain from peripheral neuropathy and will be using the product for life.

I was surprised to obtain my product in a really short space of time. That is good customer service. I cannot comment on the use of the product as yet as I only now started using it.
