A simple order of aircraft hardware. Price was good, but service was not. The order was broken into two different shipments about a week and a half apart.Shipping was extremely slow and no communication whatsoever about a back order.

Never had a problem with orders. The same day shipping is worth the $10.00 charge if you definitely need the product. Be cautious of overnight on Friday as product may not arrive until following Monday. Other than that great place to purchase products. Competitive pricing as well.
