After trying various other jewellers without luck I stumbled across nightingale. Fired off a quick email to Claire and had a zoom meeting booked the following day. Went out of their way to get me what I wanted and with a great price. Will be using them again for the wedding rings.

We travelled up from London several times to visit Nightingale's showroom - Claire was absolutely fantastic through the whole process - from helping me design the perfect engagement ring, to helping us both choose wedding rings we love - she was so enthusiastic and helpful and it was absolutely worth the long journey! My fiancé and I recently had our wedding rings made by Nightingale and we had a fantastic experience. Claire is very welcoming and knowledgable and understood exactly what we wanted, and the shop itself is gorgeous and a lovely environment to shop for/design your rings in. The rings are so beautiful and when my fiancé’s was a tiny bit big a resize was free and quick. We can’t wait to wear them every day!

Great service - flexible, accommodating, and very friendly. The staff offered a video consultation, and the process of ordering was very clear. I appreciate that Nightingale offer lab-grown diamonds and ethically-sourced recycled metal materials. I bought an engagement ring for my now-fiancée. Although I'd done quite a bit of research beforehand, the staff gave some useful advice on sizing.

I was completely clueless about anything jewellery related never mind understanding and actually being excited by looking for an engagement ring, but Claire did such a wonderful job in helping me get a grasps of it all. The ring is wonderful, it's exactly what I imagined and the whole ring designing process was not only painless, but really enjoyable. I can't recommend Nightingale enough to be honest.
