Claire is simply wonderful. She helped me understand stones better, she was patient while I figured out what I wanted/liked/disliked and she helped me change a design slightly to make it perfect for me and my fingers! She's awesome. In addition to this, Nightingale's prices are competitive, they have lab-grown stones which was better on my conscience and they do multiple things to reduce their carbon footprint and create an ethical & sustainable business.

Brilliant advice and service from walking into the shop to picking up the final engagement ring - I didn't know anything about jewellery before walking in the shop so really helpful to have everything explained clearly. It is also good to know you are supporting an authentic independent business that supports ethical practices when it comes to sourcing diamonds. Great to know the rings are made with UK-based craftsmen too!

I was looking for an engagement ring and went in to a few jewellers who were quite dismissive and unhelpful. I went in to Nightingales and Claire made me feel really welcome straight away. I explained that I was unsure what I was looking for but she took the time to show me all of the different types of rings and explain the difference in diamonds etc. She made what was a pretty daunting experience very easy and simple.
