I had forgotten to order a specific paste for my wallpaper. I telephoned Decor Supplies late afternoon Tuesday to ask if there was any possibility of receiving the order quickly. Less than 24hrs later the paste was delivered. Excellent, efficient, prompt service. Thank you very much.

Fabulous staff and they kept me informed via telephone calls and emails with regard to my order. I had to send wallpaper back due to my error and they were so understanding and gave me a refund very quickly. I managed to order the correct batch and it looks stunning. Also it was 30 pounds cheaper than the manufacture. I will definitely use Decor Supplies again. Special mention to Dave Berrow very helpful.

I made an error in the quantity of wallpaper I ordered. I emailed to ask if they could get me an extra roll from a certain batch. I was emailed extremely quickly and advised this was possible. I ordered online and received the extra roll the next day. Really great service all round.
