They gave me a lot of headaches when returning the property. They kept threatening me to show the property all the time saying I didn’t give enough slots for it, but I work from home and couldn’t open the property all the time. They should be more comprehensive. Also, I had an abusive landlord who were harassing me and my wife and they took the side of the landlord. We had to call the police to remove the landlord from the house since she was there without our permission and the Winchester White manager called me to help the landlord to harass me and wife. Terrible situation. At the end they didn’t help us to get the deposit back and it took 3 months. I don’t recommend them at all

I only write this review because I receive a lot of unsolicited mail from them and they never read the note to not post in my mailbox unaddressed mail. Honestly all this papers you send is not good for environment and I am not interested in any rental service

I had an issue with my-deposit and the return of funds that had been ruled in my favour. I raised this issue within minutes he was in the phone to my-deposit and buy just after lunchtime this issue had been resolved with the funds on their way back in to my account. He kept me updated throughout the episode. This is very unusual.

Holly has been very helpful and efficient. Her responses were quick and clear. She has handled the whole process well and enabled us to close the deal quickly.

I had previously found it frustrating dealing with some of the larger Agencies, however I can now take great comfort in knowing that should an issue arise in the future, I can rely upon Winchester White to deliver a 1st-Class service !

I decided to go with WW even after receiving higher valuations from other agencies because Helaina's visit did not feel like a sales pitch to get another property listed. I had requirements and felt listened to. The result shows exactly that. It was great to work with someone who is clearly passionate about what they do, thrive to do it well and being personable at the same time. I was kept up to date on the progress every other day. This is the sort of service that makes WW stand out.

Our experience with Winchester White was deeply unsatisfactory. The agency showed a lack of oversight, allowing unauthorized access to our property after the tenants left. Winchester White did not take responsibility for the damage, even though they were responsible for taking back keys. This demonstrated a concerning disregard for responsible property management. Never again will we trust you with managing our properties!
