SCAM ARTISTS! I decided to give Winchester White a go in renting out my property. Worst decision I’ve made in a long time! The property was marketed and they told me they found a tenant. I was not comfortable with the offer they sent me as I needed to see more checks on the tenants which they we’re legally unable to provide, fine. Now they’re are trying to charge me for a ‘compliance fee’ for not accepting the offer which was always subject to me being comfortable with the tenants who will be living in my property. Complete scam artists. Anyone considering them whether renting out to tenants or renting through them avoid! Much better options out there.
