I love the company but was disappointed recently. I ordered the little black box in the Black Friday sale; this was 3 surprise bars for £5 (there was another version, 5 for £10 which I didn't buy). They were surprise scents so I had no idea what was coming, but when they came I was really disappointed. They were all scents which have either been in the outlet/sale for some time or old scents that were in promotions months ago. One was Limoncello, which I bought from the outlet back in the summer so it's clearly an older, discounted scent. Another was a coffee-scented one that, again, I've seen discounted and doesn't smell nice at all. And the third was the strawberry shortcake scent which is from the July 4th batch, I believe, so again is leftover stock from a previous promotion that has since been in the outlet. I love the company but I was disappointed to be given old, leftover stock that clearly aren't bestsellers or very popular. Other than that, the company are incredible and make amazing scents and I will always buy them, but I wouldn't bother with these sale boxes again. It would be different if they clarified it was all stock from old promotions, but I was under the impression that they would be three completely random wax melts from all of the selection, not just old stock they wanted to get rid of.

Lovely packaging and the wax melts were very thick so you get a good amount of scent throw in 1 segment. Very quick delivery and would order again. The scents were very pleasant and pretty to look at.
