Amazing customer service! My package didn’t turn up so they shipped another one right away and they were so apologetic even tho it was Royal mails fault! A lovely, homely, love filled company. Rhea and Rob always go above and beyond to ensure their wax melts are full of amazingly beautiful smells that are the strongest I've ever smelt! They last too, you can burn them plenty of times, unlike any others I've used. I won't use any other wax melts and can safely say I'll be a loyal Little Wax Boxer for life!
