United Kingdom | 23 February 2025Excellent customer service from Rhino with advice on their products and recommendations for an installer in my area. The greenhouse is such good quality. Pleased to be buying a British made product. I had it installed last June and managed to grow some tomatoes. This year will be my first full sowing and growing season. I can recommend Rhino without any reservations.

United Kingdom | 23 February 2025I've had my greenhouse for 2 years now and I'm really pleased with it. Top quality construction makes it capable of withstanding all weather conditions. Proved to be superb for growing tomatoes and cucumbers as well with very good quality glass. Couldn't be more satisfied.

United Kingdom | 23 February 2025Storm Eowyn blew through here 24/25 January 2025 and here in central Scotland we were in the RED (danger to life and property) warning zone. We had fences come down for miles around, we had the top of two trees break off at the bottom of the garden and locally road s blocked with fallen trees and the trains were off due to fallen trees and....trampolines! My Rhino greenhouse however was unscathed, not a mark, I ensured the roof windows had the latches secured and auto openers disconnected, with the door firmly shut. Cant fault my greenhouse in any way...apart from I should have bought a bigger one.

United Kingdom | 22 February 2025We love our Rhino. Third season is now apon us , the Rhino is not only beautiful it's robust, strong and incredibly well made , it has weathered some extreme weather in the last few years. It's held up to all the British weather, moreover the wind , to compliment the automated vent openers I have installed solar irrigation, to make a growing paradise, the Rhino was a investment and it has been a worthwhile investment, looking beautiful holding it's own, very much looking forward to our third growing season.

United Kingdom | 21 February 2025Easy to choose and order the one I wanted. Delivery takes a while but there are lots of updates and forms in the meantime. Its not an easy greenhouse to build yourself - coming from someone who has built 3 conventional ones in the past. But it is worth it all - outstanding quality. Strong and beautiful!! It has stood up to a few nasty storms so far - one year on and I love it so much!

United Kingdom | 21 February 2025Solid as a rock! Rhino greenhouses really are solid and well constructed. We are situated in the Scottish borders and our garden is exposed to a lot of strong winds, regularly gusting around 50 mph. Storm Eowyn in January 25 gusted at up to 70 mph and the greenhouse was fully exposed, thankfully it came to no harm. There might be an element of luck involved, but we are impressed by the strength and rigidity of the construction. Well worth the price!

United Kingdom | 21 February 2025I have had my Greenhouse now for a few years and its brilliant. I love it and its the envy of my family and friends. But i wanted to add some more shelving and racking, only to find that as in my previous experience with Rhino, that they don't yet deliver to Northern Ireland, which is rather a shame as NI is part of the UK.

United Kingdom | 21 February 2025I love my fabulous greenhouse, had it for a year and a half. It looks great, sowing seeds and potting on on the perfect benches is a joy. It’s my special place, my sanctuary as well as home to over wintering plants and tomatoes and cucumbers in the summer. Once this winter I couldn’t get in as the door froze shut!

United Kingdom | 21 February 2025We had a Rhino greenhouse at our previous address but sadly weren't able to move it to our new house so, needless to say we ordered a new Rhino for our new home. They are sturdy and superbly made so there is no other make for us. Thank you Rhino.

United Kingdom | 21 February 2025Love my greenhouse ! It's been 5 years now and I'm so happy with my Rhino. My only negative thought is that I didn't have room for a larger one. But hey ho what I do have is great.

United Kingdom | 21 February 2025True value for money I've had my Rhino greenhouse for 4 years now and it's almost as good as new. Easy to maintain and keep clean, including all the accessories like seed tray stand, potting tray, shelves etc. One of the auto ventilators has failed but overall I am very pleased with the quality and strength of the Rhino. Looking forward to many more years pleasure growing things. I also had my greenhouse professionally installed by Rhino's suggested fitter and he did a great job.

United Kingdom | 20 February 202512x8 plain aluminium Built my greenhouse single handed a couple of years ago a very robust GH , the instructions are ok but what i did contrary to the instructions was make my roof vents up on the ground slide them in and then put the glass in its far easier and i did it on my own, the funny thing is the only things that don’t work very good are the automatic vents so i have made my own manual ones now simple a pice of wood 30x30 18inches long with screws every 2 inches not screwed right in leaving about 3/4 inch sticking out which i clip over the roof bar works a treat, the only gripe is that one Louvre vent handle has come adrift from the riveting apart from that not bad had my GH for 2 years or so now. Recommend them.

United Kingdom | 05 February 2025If you're expecting a nice time installing yourself you will be wrong. Dont do it ! Chinese nuts and bolts that sheer . instructions written by someone who can't have ever built anything ... Bolts that slide in the slots for everything but need to be drilled afterwards, because If you don't forsee where your shelves etc are going theres no fixings.....even the brackets for fixing it down need these bolts but you don't find out till the end .The plastic clips that support the drain pipe couldn't be designed worse if you tried. If this is British made we have become very bad at manufacturing. The glass installation is no better hopeless no tolerance I'm expecting problems when it starts expanding and contracting....lt's a bad design in my opinion needs a complete rethink sorry .

United Kingdom | 08 November 2024I had my old greenhouse replaced by a 10x8 Rhino Classic this week. The build quality is superb. At first sight it seemed expensive but now I’ve got it I think it’s great value. The ventilation system leaves nothing to chance. I recommend you get someone to install it. I had Mark Peters to build mine and it was mesmerising to see him work so skilfully and quickly. Highly recommended. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Rhino to others.

United Kingdom | 25 October 2024Docked a star. First the (mainly) good. The Greenhouse arrived on the day and the quality is what I would expect. The estimated delivery of 8-10 weeks was actually about 6 weeks. I think as a company they are honest and trustworthy which can be rare to find. No parts missing (so far - I haven't completed the build yet!) Their delivery company called to arrange delivery. The lady was very helpful and wasn't rushing. She could tell me straight away about the delivery vehicle - we have restricted height access. A broken piece of glass was replaced by the (friendly) driver from a cancelled order. (The glass was in my hands!) Slightly less good but no deal-breaker. The website doesn't work very well with search boxes dominating the screen. Finding exact specifications and dimensions was not really possible. The instructions are very complete but over-wordy and a bit 1990s ikea. Diagrams are not very clear this should be addressed. Individual parts could be labelled or at least colour coded. Terminology assumes you know what they mean. The directions look like they have been updated piecemeal. They should review this in light of a first-time greenhouse builders. The verticals should be mitred to meet the roof? My delivery was quite late in the day due to a vehicle breakdown but I was not informed. Overall a positive experience but it looks like Rhino should spend a little less time on pretty pictures and concentrate on details and customer experience. Use fairy liquid to lubricate the glass rubber installation!!

United Kingdom | 16 September 2024I've had my Rhino 6 years now and it has provided copious amounts of tomatoes as well as cucumbers, peppers, melons, lettuce and more. My husband and I erected it ourselves following the step by step instructions from Rhino. It has weathered many northern storms and is still as good as new. Very pleased.
