Had an issue where a software issue (I believe) prevented something being shipped to Australia. Email conversation got this sorted very quickly. Very happy as hard to get laser cut models of UK buildings here in Australia. Shipping costs reasonable as well.

The company does a nice range of models and I found just what I required , I have taken a look at the kit which appears to be well designed . As with all kits it is advisable to study the instructions carefully and visit the internet for more information. The kit came well packaged and within a few days of ordering . Care must be taken when removing the parts as a few are long and quite delicate such as the platform awning valances which are also quite exquisite . I have built three laser cut kits up to now by different manufacturers and with care I find they are a pleasure to build and end up as a satisfactorily sturdy model. This model will be a winters evening project I look forward to .
