I contacted the customer service to register my guitar ,Tim at D'Angelico contacted me on some questions I had , the very same day . The instrument arrived in a great condition just needing to be tuned up . I would recommend this company and their instrument to all.

I promptly received a reply to my email inquiry which explained there was an issue with the shopping cart on the apparel webpage and that it had been resolved. This allowed me to make my purchase. It was shipped soon after and I received it without issue and am happy with it.

Placing the order was fast and easy. The strap I received was MUCH more substantial than anticipated with really high quality leather connection points that will hold up really well. Super comfortable, too. The ONLY negative aspect is the lack of any tracking information. It would be nice to get a tracking number, instead of just waiting for delivery without knowing where it is.

I’d been shopping for a 12 string over a year now. My wife saw Josh announce his D’Angelico signature model and immediately ordered me a birthday surprise. When I asked about the purchase on the bank statement I ruined the surprise. When I said you know I wanted a 12 string. This is a six string. I had to repent quickly lest I destroy all joy of giving. “We” decided to wait and see if I liked it and I’m glad we did. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition and oh what a guitar. It has a full, strong sound with balanced tone across the register, superb playability and the ornamentation and finish are gorgeous. It sounds as natural and full when plugged in as it does standing alone. The only way I can tell the difference is plugged in is louder. I love this guitar. Josh, D’Angelico, and my sweet bride have blessed me in spite of myself.

Needed a tailpiece for a repair. Outside person that was supposed to be knowledgeable about thesis guitars said I needed the "long" version. Wrong! I contacted D'Angelico, got a quick response, returned the original piece and in 2 days had the correct piece. It looks great! Their guitars play and sound incredibly well! And great customer service, too!
