I couldn't get a quote from beagle street because I don't have any children and I don't currently have a mortgage. I asked for a quote so that I can leave my husband something if anything were to happen to me and they said they couldn't insure me as they'd be "over insuring me" I said I would be happy to pay whatever premium they offered and they still said no. I've since taken a policy with another company that said it was disgusted at this, what if someone was unable to have children for medical reasons or unable to get a mortgage!?

Happy with the price and how easy it was to buy my policy. I hope it will be as easy for my family to get the money after I will be gone.

As my case was simple it was quick and easy to set up and the price was affordable.

Very helpful even though I needed to provide a little more information due to having high blood pressure. The gentleman who got in touch to fill in my paperwork was a little slow but very friendly.

Refused to pay out on a Critical Illness claim by twisting the information provided by the Hospital and accusing me of not disclosing irrelevant things in my application. Even though I wasn't diagnosed until after I'd taken the policy out. They even waited till the monthly payment had been taken before declining my claim. I did worry about using an insurance company this far down the food chain and I was right, stick to the big boys if you want cover that you can trust.
