3 Counties carried out a HTB valuation report for the property I am selling. They were quick to respond to my initial enquiry and was able to book them in early the following week. Report was sent over within 48 hours, can't complain!

Had my valuation the day after calling and got my valuation the day after that! Super fast service and the cheapest price I found as well. Also kept in good contact with me, responding to me within minuets most of the time. Defiantly would go with them again.
