I found Three Counties to be very efficient and helpful. They produced a detailed, readable and speedy report - the Survey took place on a Friday and it was delivered after the weekend on the Monday. And Tony was available to answer my questions on the report on the day of delivery.

Recently had a Level 3 survey completed by Tony. The survey was in great detail and gave us a real understanding of the properties state. Both Tony and Hayley were very friendly and were extremely quick with replies via telephone and email. Would definitely recommend the business for anyone who wants efficiency and detail.

I’m really pleased to have used 3 Counties Surveying for a recent house survey, after the seller’s estate agent recommended Tony McKenty. Having used excellent surveyors in the past (who now work in other areas) I had high expectations, and 3 Counties Surveying did not disappoint. The customer service by Hayley and Tony was excellent throughout the whole process. Tony took great care whilst doing the survey, which was evident in the detailed report provided soon afterwards. One really nice touch was Tony calling me straight after he’d finished the survey, to discuss the main points. I had a few queries after reading the report, and once again he was happy to spend time talking it through.

It makes such a difference when a company don't take days to respond to queries and bookings which is exactly what you need when buying a house as it takes a lot of stress out of the process. 3 Counties were very quick to respond to my request for a survey. I had RICS Level 2 carried out and was sent the report within less than 48hours. They were very friendly, helpful and the survey was carried out to the standard expected. They are also very helpful and available with regard to any questions you have following the survey. They are also very good value, another important factor when buying! As a Small Business company I highly recommend them.
