Tony did our level 3 building survey for a listed property and was absolutely brilliant. Even before he turned up, he was very thorough, having checked relevant planning applications beforehand. He was super pragmatic and very personable. So all communication was in plain English and was really helpful to understand what works were necessary versus advised and a recommended timeline for any action. Tony was in the building for quite a while, and was extremely thorough on site, checking every nook and cranny, taking damp meter readings and visually inspecting the property with and without the help of a drone. The report was with us within 1 working day and again, was really easy to understand and extremely thorough. In short, faultless service, would recommend highly.

They were responsive throughout the process and incredibly supportive both before and after the date of survey itself being issued. The survey itself (including the additional searches provided) in the L2 was excellent and comprehensive. It was thorough, and highlighted areas that I had not even considered would be "Potentially risky". I believe it was extremely worth the cost. Our experience with them was excellent and they clearly have a huge amount of expertise when it comes to this sort of work. Should we need additional surveying in the future this team will be the first team we contact.

They were quick to respond, arranged for a date and access with the estate agent themselves, called me after the survey to talk it all through, provided a comprehensive and trustworthy report, and answered some follow up enquiries. After getting a refund on a poor quality survey with a different firm, I was very satisfied with theirs. Highly recommended.

Tony clearly very knowledgeable, appreciated that he made a phone call following the visit and ahead of sending the report to gives us a heads up on certain issues, report was given to us in timely manner, format of report very easy to read and understand, great communication from the office.
