While attempting to apply for funding, the site requests access to my business checking account, which I had no problem disclosing. However, since my personal checking, savings, etc is also connected with the same bank ID & password your site wanted access to ALL my accounts. This is NOT acceptable!! My business & personal access are separate & you should NOT request access to all accounts. SO, I would say this application is DONE

I am saddened to write this review because I have been with fundbox for a year now but feel they have an unrealistic approach in helping their customers during an ongoing pandemic that is negatively impacting business daily. I am a solo entrepreneur and single mother and currently expecting my 3rd child. I work in the beauty industry which has taken a huge hit as many other business types have. At one point, myself and both children contracted COVID and I reached out to Fundbox right away to avoid default and remain in good standing. Things had become difficult because business was slow due to the impacts of the economy and with me not working, that means no income. The rep basically dismissed me and said there was nothing she could do, so my account goes into default and I am behind payments. Finally I was able to reach a different department to make payments and I was then told that there could have been a payment modification done, etc. So there were options but the first rep either didn't want to go above and beyond or didn't know which reflects poorly on the company. I was told by one rep that payments would resume after making a payment and then when I called again after they didn't I was told that wasn't true and had to be paid in full. Bottom line there was so much misinformation for someone just trying to stay in good standing and keep the business relationship and account going. The account was closed and I waited weeks for a review and received no explanation or next steps, just dropped like I didn't matter. Do not use this company if you are... - a solo entreprenuer -a single parent -a human being -in the beauty industry -in any industry that took a hard hit during this pandemic ...and you should be fine!

Fundbox was a great match for my need. I looked at other lending companies I even talk with some. But none of them offered rates that I felt comfortable with. I kept searching and then found Fundbox. And they hit it out the park for my needs. I talk with two very nice people Marlena Stallworth explained the program to me. She help me set my account up and then she introduced me to Nicole Mcknight. The two of these ladies made my life better doing a time that I needed funds quickly. I would highly recommend Fundbox to someone that needs funds quickly.

This has to be one of the worst websites. This constantly change the rules randomly don't accept payments and start bouncing payments. Temporarily disable your account even when you use a credit card to ensure its current. If you are a business expect your business expenses to eventually get stuck in a bounce loop from their own payment system not clearing a payment fast enough. Highly recommended to stay away!

My account manager is Tiffany Lane Allen. She was very patient with me and explained everything clearly. Her customer service and willingness to help and provide information or ideas of growth is second to none. Because of Tiffany Lane Allen I feel secured that FundBox will always be an option for me to use in my business.

I've been using Fundbox for a few years now and have been pretty pleased with it. I was recently contacted by Tacha Camp who called out of the blue to see how I was doing with Fundbox. During our call I was able to get my interest rate lowered by a combined 37%. Tacha was most helpful. Prior to her call I had only gotten an automated email saying they were lowering my rate by less than half a percent.

The customer service person was great. However your advertising is very misleading when it says revenue of $1,000 plus per month to qualify for funding. We make well over that amount and was denied credit. After giving all our business information, we got no further than before. I cannot recommend any small business apply for funding with your company. Businesses are struggling and we need support from our financial institutions. Very misleading in your marketing and advertising.

I have never tried to get a business loan/line of credit, so I decided to speak with someone regarding a business loan. It was an intimidating process to say the least. I did not feel comfortable with the "Business Loan" people that were calling me. After praying about it, I decided a business loan was not for me and decided to go on, business as usual. Then I received an email from Gerard Finegan from 1800bizfund. He seemed to be the only person that was not calling from New York, or New Jersey, so I was a little more at ease. He sent me a link to Fundbox.com and I filled out the app and was approved instantly. He is from California, had an actual verifiable website and I felt more at ease. Before accepting the offer I did a little more research on revolving lines of credit, and that seemed to be a much better fit for me. A few days later, I received an email and then a phone call from Tiffany Lane-Allen. She was extremely helpful with my questions and was very nice, which made me feel I had made the right decision. Constance was very knowledgeable and worked to help us resolve our balance. I give her 5 stars and the overall Fundbox process 4 stars. The process is simple to initiate to obtain the funds. However, if you want to resolve a balance early, it is a little more of an antiquated process as they can't draft your account, you have to give them a card to pay it off.

It was such a pleasure to speak with Tiffany. I appreciated her level of professionalism and enthusiasm. She is certainly an asset to the company.

Once again, another poor interaction with Fundbox. When things are running smoothly and you have no concerns, they are great but the moment you have a question, opportunity, or challenge, they will give you every excuse they have and not allow you to speak to anyone else. I spent 30 minutes listening to the lady tell me the "policies", ok I get it however I am asking to speak to someone about the error. Still not able to. If you're looking for a company that you are not just another number as a business owner, steer clear of Fundbox.

Great company for funds for your business. Dylan was very helpful, awesome customer service and very informative! If your looking for funding for your business fundbox should be your first choice!
