United States | 10 March 2022They lost $24K of my money. I had funds wired to pay off my $24K loan balance in January 2022. Two months later they've "located" the funds but haven't reimbursed me. I call daily and no one can help. I keep being told compliance reaches out to the bank that wired the funds, and the bank won't speak to them. So... the money sits. We're a VERY SMALL BUSINESS and being out this kind of money is unacceptable. While their customer support is very nice, I've not ONCE received a call or email from any supervisor, anyone in compliance (who they claim is dealing with the issue), etc. I've spent at least an hour daily dealing with this for more than two months and, still, no resolve. Buyer beware. When it works, it's fine. When there's an issue, it becomes your issue -- and an endless waiting/following up game with no end in sight.
