I got a loan for $200 with them which went through fast and easy. The website claims that I would only pay a little over $200 to pay off the loan which is totally reasonable but the loan agreement claims I have to pay more than $1000 to pay off this $200 loan. They're legal thieves as their "Tribe" does not have to follow the laws or regulations of any of the fifty states. Whatever "Tribe" this is is a Tribe of con artists and worthless wastes of existence. Pity that society allows companies like this to exist.

The process was easy and painless. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. The interest rates are super high but that's kind of my fault also. If you absolutely need the money and your credit score has dropped for whatever reason then Burch is a good option.

Do NOT accept a loan from them! Find a more reasonable loan place that will put you on a payment plan without charging you so much interest to pay them back. I got a $750 loan and they will make you pay $100 for 40 weeks. If you don’t pay it back in full within a few days of getting the loan, each week you have not paid it off, it goes up by $100 so you will never pay the loan off. It’s a scam! I canceled it the very next day, you have 3 days to cancel, they did NOT cancel like they were suppose to stating I disconnected the call which was a lie because I have emails. Spoke to a 2nd person she cancelled it but they also took $100 out of my account they won’t refund until they get the $750 back. When I called again, they can see they took the $750 out of my account but refused to send my $100 back. If I don’t get my money back I will be suing. This is ridiculous.
