I worked with Daniel from metro pat to do remedials on our fire doors in west London. He was fast, professional and done an amazing job!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STICK TO T&C’s. Booked an appointment, the engineer did not arrive then lied to say he did. Tenant now in the property so unable to revisit so cancelled appointment. Company refused to provide refund minus the £39 cancellation fee instead kept the whole £141. 3.6 stars for a reason. Untrustworthy.

Have just had a PAT test carried out. I found the experience very straightforward and easy. I found Metro Pat 247 extremely helpful and efficient from the immediate quote and then booking, to the actual engineer’s visit. I received the certificate the very next day. I call that excellent service and all at a very reasonable cost. Thank you

Never dealt with a more unprofessional and incompetent company. Using Metro Pat 247 Ltd is VERY DANGEROUS. Fire Risk Assessments are to protect peoples lives after Grenfell - this company charge a low price but give zero service. and their report is inaccurate too. I had to get another company out to do a proper FRA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After reviewing the service costs on Metro Pat 247 Ltd.'s website, I asked the company for a quotation. I specified in my email point by point what I needed. Manager Dion sent me a quotation that suited me. In the following email, I asked if I would not expect any hidden payments after the agreement and payment of invoices. Well, they told me that it is all-inclusive. After the tests, they did not send me the main Fire Risk Assessment report and offered to pay an additional amount. After a discussion with the manager, he said, "Sorry", "I didn't include it in the invoice." The final cost of services was significantly higher than in other companies. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend a company that cannot be trusted. You are not telling the truth even in your response to my review. I wrote in an email that I would like a Fire Risk Assessment that includes all the tests listed. I asked for confirmation in a second email. You just wanted to be clever.

I recently booked a service with this company for 1 pm on a Saturday, and unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a disaster. The level of communication and organisation displayed by this company was absolutely abysmal, leaving me frustrated and extremely dissatisfied. The first sign of trouble came when I had to call them at 1:07 pm to inquire about the tester's whereabouts. Instead of being proactive and providing me with an update, I was simply told that they would try to contact the tester and find out. Shockingly, they never bothered to call me back. I had to take the initiative and call them again to get any information. It was revealed that the tester was supposedly traveling through the underground and would contact me once they were off the tube. Regrettably, this promise of contact was never fulfilled, leaving me in the dark. After waiting for almost two hours without any proper updates, I decided to call them for the third time. I specifically asked them to call me back once they found out what was going on. However, once again, my request was ignored, and I was left with no choice but to call them for the fourth time. At this point, it was 2:31 pm, and I had been waiting for over two hours having had arrived early. Frustrated and fed up, I informed them that I would be leaving in 5-10 minutes if nobody contacted me to provide an explanation. It's important to note that I had already paid for parking twice, and there was no indication that I would be reimbursed for this inconvenience. Additionally, I had taken time off from work to avail of this service on a non-working day, only to find myself wasting precious hours waiting for nothing. Finally, at 2:53 pm, the tester called me for the first time that day, informing me that they were close. This revelation clearly highlighted a complete lack of communication between the tester and the receptionist. I informed the tester that I had already left, as it was completely unacceptable for them to show up almost two hours late. To make matters worse, the tester claimed that they couldn't contact me because they were given the wrong customer's phone number. However, I had been consistently calling the receptionist, making it easy for them to obtain my correct contact information. To add insult to injury, the receptionist herself called me for the first time that day after the tester complained to her. Astonishingly, she had the audacity to ask me if I could turn back around. I firmly expressed my disappointment, reminding her that she had failed to contact me despite giving her a reasonable 5-10 minute window to do so. At this point, I had already extended my parking once, incurring additional costs that nobody would reimburse me for. Therefore, I had no intention of turning back. In summary, my experience with this company was marked by terrible communication and organisational skills. The lack of updates, the failure to contact me in a timely manner, and the overall disregard for customer satisfaction were simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company, as they have demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customers' time and money.

We commissioned Metro-PAT to conduct an Asbestos Management Survey. Their surveyor did attend site but their final report literally copied our last management survey (from 2018) down to photos of areas requiring attention and recommendations to remove asbestos that had actually been completed years ago. The picture of our premises on the front cover was even taken from google images. The services offered by this company are negligent to say the least. When we reported this issue to the MD of Metro-PAT he was dismissive and simply rescinded the report and cancelled the invoice. That is NOT taking responsibility. We have formally reported them to the HSE who will be taking action. Use this company at your own risk. Update 05/02/24 @ 12:14 following reply from Metro-PAT. Please do not try to shift the blame onto a 3rd party. You offer this service under the name of Metro-PAT so you accept responsibility for the final report. The final report was signed by Tony so I take that to mean it was reviewed and deemed acceptable. Your comment about disclosures not being date specific is absolute rubbish. Take some responsibility for this - the final report actually contained photos lifted from the 2018 report that would be impossible to take now as work has already been completed. If more context is needed we are a PRIMARY SCHOOL - your negligence could impact the health of small children for years to come. Shame on you

Excellent - Metro-Pat did a brilliant job for us. We needed an assessment done and follow-up work completed. It was complicated job as there are several flats all with irregular doorways. Their report was detailed and recommendations clear after which Daniel organised the work to be done (adaptations of our old doors). All in all, excellent coordination and fine craftsmanship by their carpenter/installer Rauf. Five gold stars from us,

The most stressful inefficient company - im furious! Harrassed me for money & invoiced me incorrectly for the most simple service. I emailed several times with the exact days & times Id paid, then got a reply back to say they will going to raise more invoices & wouldnt issue my FRA until i paid - again?!

Avoid this company, had used before them before and got an okay service. But this time was shocking! They sent reminder for renewal days before. We booked the time for 1pm. I waited till 1.30pm. Called the office and the girl said I'm not sure where he is. The tester called me again and said i'd be there at 3. I had an event to be at in Central London at 6pm. Called the call the office again to find out the time, she could not answer. I called again at 2.23pm, she said 3pm. No-one at 3pm, the pat tester came at 3.13pm. I pat test from my garage and needed to be in town. I had the owner's (Tony) whats app and let him know the situation, he instantly read, sent a weak reply and & did not respond to my following question. After the test, three staff sent me 4 emails of reminders in 4days about my bill to release the test. Allow your customers sometime to pay an invoice - not bombard them! They should've discounted, or apologised for the lateness inconvenience - nothing no accountability. Just bombard for the payment 4x within 4days. Incredibly unprofessional. There are many PAT testing companies - DO NOT CHOOSE Metro...

I used Metro Pat for a fire risk assessment. They were supposed to assess risks and highlight them. Instead they note the law in regards to fire doors without telling if anything needs to be addressed. Won't buy from them again.
