** AFTER I left this review, they changed their attitude and started to co-operate. First they replied rudely Secondly they said for 20GBP they would do the changes when the mistake is from their side. After seeing this review they changed their way of communication and started to co-operate and still kept making mistakes. In the end I fixed it all myself with another company. Changed from 1/5 to 3/5 just only because they realized their rude manners and tried to fix the situation. Asked them to make changes to a document as they got the name wrong and the address also. The address was on the picture they used. The name the documents were supposed to be in, they didn't ask me ever what should be the name and just assumed it was me who is the point of contact. When I asked them to change it, they changed it once and it was still wrong so I asked them again (politely with even an apology) and the reply I got was: "Do you have pdf editor please change it I cant wait my time" Lack of professionalism, won't be giving any more business to them and don't recommend for this basic attitude.

Not a reliable company. Tony is extremely rude and unapologetic. You have to wait for you certificate for a ages after you pay. The technicians are not professional or knowledgable, they can barely speak English. Do not recommend. Better use someone else.

Brilliant company! We used them previously for a number of EICRs and Fire Alarm tests and not only were their prices very reasonable but they were efficient and reliable. We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future!
