Man hat bei NHASH einen direkten Ansprechpartner, wenn man Equipment kauft oder auch Probleme hat. Am Anfang war es für mich komisch, über Telegram zu kommunizieren, aber genau DAS macht den Unterschied. Der Service übertrifft soweit alles, was ich bisher aus Online-Shops kenne. Hier möchte ich nochmal meine Verkäuferin / Ansprechpartnerin Frau Gao loben - es wird sich einfach gekümmert und schnell reagiert - morgens nach dem KS5L gefragt, bezahlt und zwei Stunden später klebte das DHL Express Etikett am Karton und 4 Tage später war das Paket bei mir zuhause!!! Die bisher größte Lieferung war für mich ein Ölkühlungssystem, welches beim Zoll hängengeblieben ist. Anstatt zu warten, entschloss NHASH mir einfach ein neues System zu schicken, da dies möglicherweise schneller ist, als der Zoll. Was soll ich sagen? Das System war schneller da und eine kleine Entschädigung gab es auch. I would like to praise my saleswoman / contact person Ms. Gao once again - they simply take care of things and respond quickly - I asked for the KS5L in the morning, paid and two hours later the DHL Express label was stuck to the box and 4 days later the package was at my home!!!! The biggest delivery for me so far was an oil cooling system that got stuck at customs. Instead of waiting, NHASH decided to simply send me a new system, as this might be faster than customs. What can I say? The system arrived faster and there was also a small compensation. NHASH - keep up the good work!
