Hello, This is my review of NHASH and its Representative Natasha!! My order and delivery of the product was spot on and I couldn't have been happier, but my product was not working properly when it was delivered. This may have been due to an issue during transit, but NHash and Natasha were on top of it... They worked with the manufacture of the machine to source me some new fans. Unfortunately this did take a while due to some supply issues which seems to be the norm right now... so I waited very patiently... Although I was very anxious to get up and running... Eventually the new fans arrived and Natasha assured me that NHash was going to compensate me for the issue and the time it took.. I have to admit I was skeptical, but they followed though on their promise and I am very pleased with the professionalism and follow through of both NHash and Natasha!!! Great Work you guys!!!
