Extremely polite, called in advance to advise that they were on their way. Proficient and professional job conducting the annual emptying of our Sewage Treatment Plant. Would have been 5 stars but having agreed after 10am, they actually called me at 7:10am to say they would be with me in about 40 minutes. Just fortunate that I was around as I had planned to be out early they morning.

This was the first time we have used CountyClean. We will definitely use them again.... A GOOD impression from the start, as 2 very helpful phone calls, (with Harry first, then John) when everything I needed to know was explained clearly, & a quote emailed speedily. I was then told that a space had become available the very next day, which was brilliant. We had 2 septic tanks needing emptying, & the engineer John clearly knew his job well, as all was done very efficiently. On top of that he was friendly & helpful, answering our questions whilst my husband & I 'watched & learnt'! Their charges seem competitively priced, & all in all, we can highly recommend this company. Thank you CountyClean.

CCG were very prompt to respond to my request for a quote and kept to it after visiting the site. The team were punctual, polite and professional and the follow up report and images were helpful. A query I had after the visit was responded to within 24 hours by phone and email. I felt very well looked after.

CountyClean were very quick to respond to my enquiries and sent an excellent team to my house with a brand-new vehicle to clear my cesspit. The work was done in an exemplary manner leaving no residue in my garden (or smells!). CountyClean were miles better than the last two companies I have used.

Both driver and engineer were superb, very helpful, even removing the cover to the Klargester and carefully replacing it afterwards. The team at County Clean are fantastic I have dealt with County Clean for nearly ten years and every annual visit is an absolute pleasure . A brilliant well run company-well done.

Excellent company to deal with. All aspects of setting up CountyClean as our new service provider for our treatment plant were simple and easy. Our first service and desludge was carried out by very professional and helpful engineers. Just wish we had started to use CountyClean sooner. Our treatment plant is now running efficiently once more. I would recommend CountyClean to anyone.
