We required a tanker to suck out one of our sewer pits, called county clean at 5.15pm on a sunday, got the email quote within minutes, responded with a purchase order and advised that tanker was on the way, great service. Simon, great guy, arrived an hour later and extremely helpful, carried out the work we required and, when we had a pump go down whilst he was here, assisted us with pulling it up, clearing it out and getting it working. He stayed until he could see that everything was in order, outstanding workmanship.

Their customer service on the telephone is very good. Ben is very helpful and has been supportive this year as we had to have 3 calls outs within as manay weeks. It would be helpful if the site engineers checked all pumps and equipment when carrying out a serice call.

Not the easiest location for the pump out. Its a long way to the tank from the truck. Excellent service every time from them.
