First class communication from Richard and when we pick up the vehicle it looked stunning. Looked liked it had just left the factory. He showed my children and I around some cars tried them out for comfort and to see if my son can get in and out as he has a disability. Although we didn't find anything that was adapted for my son Mike was a very helpful friendly man and put us all at ease and we didn't feel like we were a problem like we've felt in other showrooms. So thank you Mike.

Richard, at Unity Tredington was great and I received excellent customer service from him. He showed me the car on the forecourt, he gave me the info on the car and then left me to take a look at it in my own time. I then explained I needed some time to think it through and work out my finances. Later that day, I decided to go ahead and purchase the car and give Richard a call to start the process. Once again, he was friendly, happy to help and made the process very simple. He made the whole experience very pleasant, nothing was too much trouble, if this is typical of the standard set at Unity I highly recommend them.

United Kingdom | 11 April 2022What a great experience. Probably my best yet. I was dealt with by Veejay and Jack at the Leicester Unity dealership. They went above and beyond to make the experience an exciting one. After having my last car stolen I was not happy about having to pay out for another, but these two gentlemen turned that experience into an exciting one whereby I managed to get a newer model with less miles for a decent price. Nothing was too much trouble and the small touches on the day I purchased the vehicle made me feel like a valued customer. They put a nice bottle of champagne in the car and had a reserved sign on a stand next to my new car at the front of the show room. Both of these guys went above and beyond and made me feel as though they shared my passion for the purchase. It was a different experience for me as usually once the sale is made, you are forgotten, but even after collection of the car they both have checked in regularly to ensure I am happy with the car etc. If I'm ever up that way and needing a car again, I would definitely go to Unity

I had my car booked for an mot this morning and due to past experiences had telephoned 3 times last week to confirm all was OK but when I arrived was informed that it was booked for a service and not mot and that these were carried out by someone else but they would try to fit me in. I asked to speak to a manager regarding my experiences with Unity but his answer was we've agreed to do it so what's your issue.... I was going to use my time whilst waiting to purchase another car but this has changed my mind. Customer service very poor.

Two days after they said it was no problem to bring it back as they had cars going between them all the time they had gone cold on the idea and where wanting money and guarantees from me on a car i had not seen properly or ever driven. Honesty about the situation from the start would have been nice. Or even just ending the phone call politely rather then hanging up on me mid sentence.

We’ve been impressed from the get-go with this garage, we’ve dealt with a young chap, Matt (by the door) he’s not been pushy at all, no hard sell, very knowledgeable about the different vehicles and finance options available to us. Respectful of our wishes & budget. Gave us a fair price for our part-ex trade in. We would definitely recommend Matt to someone else looking to purchase an MG in the area.

I bought a used Subaru XV and am very pleased with the fair deal I got and the peace of mind of the quality and safety of the car. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership- which is in a different league from the other car dealerships I visited- or the Subaru.

United Kingdom | 06 February 2022My turismo 4wd had broken unity was fixing this under warranty they had the car the first time for 7 weeks and no courtesy car was available, the 4wd kept breaking or was not fixed properly, the third time it broke there was a whining noise Sonia assured me the car was fixed and the noise had gone, it was still there and still no 4wd yet Sonia was adamant there was on noise I took the car to a different dealer who heard the noise and still no 4wd identified the problem immediately, unity were also very slow at passing on part numbers and other documents to mtc at Whittlesey the car was fixed properly this time the car was of the road for nearly 6 months no apology nothing

United Kingdom | 20 January 2022Excellent customer service at Balsall Common branch I've recently had two of our family cars MOt'd at the Balsall Common dealership, and I must say I have been impressed by the high quality of service provided by them. I have also had one of the car serviced, and I am very pleased by their courteousness, professionalism and fair pricing. One of the cars failed its MOT on faulty bulbs, but Unity automatically replaced them without fuss at insignificant extra cost. The cars were also cleaned to a high standard. This is the level of service all garages should aspire to. I shall be returning.

The work was done to a high standard using quality parts and the complimentary wash left my vehicle gleaming. Jack A, the aftersales manager, kept me informed throughout the entire process and ensured I knew exactly what was being undertaken. I had a courtesy car so I could go about my day as normal whilst my car was being worked on. I highly recommend the team at Unity. Keep up the good work!
